SNU is recognised as a Lead Adviser by the Tenant Services Authority. SNU can provide comprehensive support, training and advice to tenants' groups wanting to oversee services on their estates by forming Tenant Management Organisations.

• Explore the feasibility of acquiring their housing stock
• Expand to include neighbouring estates in their management services

Tenants' Friend

SNU also acts on behalf of tenants' groups facing changes such as the redevelopment of their estate. SNU's role is to ensure that tenants understand their rights to be consulted and to be compensated and to help individual tenants with queries and disputes.
